OK...this has been my dream...I'll share it in case anyone wants to try it. How about a BBQ restaurant in J'lem, called Memphis BBQ, w/ "Memphis" in Hebrew and "BBQ" in English letters. Knowing how much Israelis LOVE BBQ I think you could bring American style recipes, along w/ lamb, etc. I think Elvis music would be so great since the name "Memphis" is used. Maybe do a retro turquoise and black trim decor and a touch of hot pink paying homage to the '50's in America. How about hummus side dishes along side fab cole slaw. And a great brownie a la mode fudge sundae! judith
